Showing You, What You Taught Me

i don’t like bad days. i most frequently struggle with bad dance days but i’ve had to learn how to let go of those. this is a more symbolic way of doing that. these days do exist and while they absolutely suck, they’re normal. i am always here for you. so please share your bad day with me or if you need help with something come to me. but i also understand that sometimes it doesn’t help to talk about it and sit in it. so that’s what this is for :) letting the bad days be bad days and looking forward to a brighter future. in the end i fully believe in you. you will figure this out but sometimes there are days where you can’t. and i want you to protect yourself on those days too. so please take it easy (on yourself). tomorrow is a new day that will bring new things :)
